Project Scope
Bill Manning, a serial entrepreneur in Pensacola, Florida, was looking to get his real estate career off the ground with a compelling, unique logo and a website that would set him apart from the competition.
While he was (and is) connected to one of the most successful brokerages in the local area, Bill wanted to carve out his own unique brand identity as a real estate agent. We kept the brokerage's branding and ethos in mind as we architected assets that would both differentiate Bill Manning Real Estate and still feel of-a-piece with his brokerage agency.
Together, we created a brand and website that evokes the beachy vibes of the Pensacola community along with Bill's special brand of authenticity and care for his clients.
